Returns and Exchange during Sales
Return is not available during Sales. Thank you for understanding!
Exchange is only possible if the requested item is available.

Returns
After receiving your delivery, you have 14 days to return your order.
Kindly consider that a return is only possible if the piece is neither worn, washed nor shows any kind of damage. If the item is damaged, MaiMai is not obligated to exchange or take the item back. Please also note that the tag and the return tag have to be attached to the garment in order for MaiMai to accept an exchange or return!

Kindly indicate your order number with all enquiries. You will find the order number in your order confirmation which you received by email.

International returns
After receiving your delivery, you have 14 days to return your order. The logistic provider depends on your country.
In order to return your order, please contact the MaiMai customer service. Kindly inform us about the reason of your return. We will then email you a return label from our logistic partner in your country.

Exchange
After receiving your delivery, you have 14 days to exchange your order. An exchange is only possible if the requested item in the right size and colour is available. As soon as we have received the item, we will conduct the exchange and send it back to you. There will not be any more expenses for you.

Kindly indicate your order number as well as the item you would like to exchange. You will find the order number in your order confirmation, which you received by email.

Please also consider the hangtag as well as the return-seal have to be undamaged and attached to the garment!

Refund of the purchasing price
The refund of the purchasing price is made with the same payment method as the purchase. Please consider that the refund can take up to 14 days. We will inform you as soon as we have received your returns and started the reverse transaction.
If you paid by credit card, it depends on your credit card company how long the return of the money takes. The credit note will be listed on your next credit card billing.

Return cost
Please note that all expenses related to item return, including shipping, are covered by the customer.
