How can I redeem a voucher?

You can shop at the MaiMai Online Shop by indicating your voucher code. Kindly indicate the voucher number in the order process. Your invoice amount will automatically be reduced by the amount of the voucher.

Where can I find my placed orders?

You can register and open an account. Via "account" you can always log in with you e-mail address and your password to check you order history.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact the MaiMai customer service.
We might be able to make changes to your order, depending on how far into the process the order is. If the order has already been shipped, kindly understand that we are neither able to influence nor cancel the order any longer.

Is it necessary to create an account to shop at MaiMai?

In the MaiMai E-store you are able to shop as a guest. It is not necessary to sing up for a personal account. You can register for your personal account during your first order. Having a personal account gives you the opportunity to supervise your data and to save several shipping addresses. This way you do not have to type in the shipping address in the future. The account also enables you to see your buying history.

Can I track my order with the help of a tracking number?

As soon as your package is ready and picked up from our logistic partner, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number you will be able to track the status of your delivery on the webpage of the logistic provider.

Is the delivery insured?

From the moment of the pick- up to the delivery to your house all Iris von Arnim packages are insured against thievery as well as damaging. Iris von Arnim GmbH guarantees for all expenses.
In case of return, please see that the goods are packed and dispatched orderly. The package has to be sent with the enclosed return-label. Please keep the return receipt. If you do not have a return label enclosed in your package, please contact the MaiMai customer service. We will send you a new return label immediately.

Does MaiMai deliver internationally?

MaiMai delivers to all the countries listed above. If you cannot find your country on the list, please do contact our customer service. We will attempt to deliver your order.

Will my data be handled confidentially?

Your data will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. The MaiMai Online Shop uses a security software “Secure Sicket Layer” during the check-out process. Your data will be transmitted encoded via this SSL-certificate and cannot be read by others.

I forgot my password

You can request a new password anytime. Just click the link “Forgot your password?” and we will send you an email with a new password immediately.
